         Annual fair festival of one month is celebrated between full moon day of Paush Shuddha to full moon day of Magh. It is an unique vigilant religious place in India where annual fair festival of one month is celebrated. Accompanied with religious rituals Shri Bhagwati Devi fair committee organizes various programmes. Annual fair festival starts with Mahaarati at dawn. In the evening a procession of Chhabina Palakhi of Goddess Bhagwatimata is held with various types of musical instruments like drums, clarinet, dances etc. A large number of citizens participate in the procession. After reaching of the procession in the temple, it is welcomed with dazzling firework. On the next day renowned wrestler’s massive arena of wrestling competition is organized. On the same day folk artists presents their art. They are rewarded with honorarium. During this month, temple and surrounding is illuminated with spectacular lighting Different types of shops like puja material, sweets, vessals of brass/copper shops, toys, ladies ornaments, jewellery shops are set up near the temple. Offering oti (comprising golden borderd blouse piece, coconut, bangles, sweets and token money) grovelling, fulfilling a vow, wearing lemons and many other rituals are performed with great enthusiasm. Everyday after daily puja (worship) and Aarti,Holy food (Nevaidya) is offered to the goddess.

         Navaratra (nine nights) festivals is celebrated for ten days during the Hindu months of Ashwin (around October) Shri Bhagwati Devi Navratra Mahotsav is celebrated for nine nights once every year during the beginning of October, although the dates of festival are determined according to the lunar calender. It is celebrated from the first day of Pratipada of the bright fortnight of the lunar month of Ashwin to the tenth day (Vijayadashami/ Dussehra also spelled as Dasera). It is celebrated with great enthusiastically and piously. Shri Bhagawati Devi temple and surrounding is decorated with spectacular lighting. The daily routine of the temple is modified during this period. At 5.15 am Kakad Aarti (Morning Aarti) and at 7.15 pm Mahaaarti is performed. Everyday Durga Saptashati Patha recitation is performed by women. other religious programmes like Jogava, removing the effect of an evil eye, women's prayer dance in circle are performed in a huge temple hall. During Navratri, accompanied with band procession, devotees offer Fulvara to goddess to fulfil their vows. Local as well as outsiders (men and women) who observes nine days fast (Ghati), stay in temple for nine days. All the necessary arrangements/Facilities are provided by the temple trustee. and villagers. On the 5th & 7th day (Mal) Patil families of Kolhar Bhgawatipur offers Oti (comprising golden bordered blouse peace, coconut, bangles, sweets and token money) to the Devi. They are honoured to perform religious activities. On that day they offer a betel leaf and betel nut to devotees as well as villgers. On the eightth day (Ashtami/‚ãÓ›½ããè) Navchandi Hom Havan (Sacrifical fire puja) is done by distinguished people. on the nineth day (Navami/¶ãÌã½ããè) Ghats are immersed. On Dashami i.e. tenth day, Mahapuja is offered to the goddess. Goddess/ Devi is adorned with golden ornaments. A large number of devotees participate with devotion.
